About the role The People and Culture (P&C) Business Partner is responsible for partnering with senior leadership teams to develop and deliver the P&C strategy in support of both organisational and functional business objectives. The role partners with both leadership teams and the P&C centres of excellence to develop and deliver human-centred employee experiences.
As a trusted partner, your role is to:
Provide expertise and coaching on both long and short-term people strategies that deliver on business objectives. You will be a change agent, contributing to the delivery of culture, operating model, and strategic change initiatives.Deliver P&C frameworks and processes at scale, and in partnership with the wider P&C team.Possess a coaching mindset that focuses on building leadership capability and effectiveness.Sound interesting? Here's what we are looking for: Strong P&C business partnering skills with a demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders across varied client groups, with a preference for experience with operational and geographically dispersed teams.Experience in designing P&C solutions aligned to commercial and strategic imperatives.Strong communication and relationship-building skills with an ability to challenge and influence across different levels of leadership.Strong team orientation with the ability to work collaboratively across the P&C function and the organisation as a whole.Relevant tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Business or associated disciplines.This is a fixed-term, full-time opportunity working until February 2026 and can be flexible on location with the opportunity to work in a hybrid working environment.
