About the role Reporting to the People & Culture Business Partner Lead and working closely with the other People and Culture Business Partners, you will work autonomously within your own business portfolio in this purely HR Generalist role. Providing support to the wider organisation, you will consult and coach the on a range of employee and industrial matters, learning and development, workforce planning, organisational initiatives and so much more! The core purpose of this role is to be a customer-centric provider of best practice people management advice, coaching and supporting our managers in the delivery of services through their people. This is a 12-month parental leave contract, full time in a hybrid work environment.
