Position Overview:

As the Business Operations Manager, you will report to the General Manager and lead all operational facets, including team leadership, supply chain management, inventory optimisation, and process enhancement. Your key focus will be on implementing strategic initiatives to elevate productivity, minimise costs, and champion continuous improvement.


Key Responsibilities: Empower a High-Performing Team: Inspire collaboration, foster a culture of continuous improvement and support, to achieve exceptional results.Enhance Operational Efficiency: Oversee daily operations, manage resources, and monitor KPIs to achieve operational excellence and sales targets.Drive Product Success: Lead product selection, procurement, pricing strategies, and performance analysis to maximise market impact.Streamline Product Flow: Ensure efficient delivery, optimise inventory management, and enhance customer interactions.Generate Strategic Insights: Develop comprehensive reports, analyse data, and track KPIs to guide strategic planning.Identify Growth Opportunities: Foster relationships and streamline operations to support sustained business growth.Support Sales & Marketing Initiatives: Collaborate on innovative marketing campaigns and enhance product knowledge dissemination.Advanced Reporting & Analysis: Produce detailed performance reports, leverage data for strategic decisions, and continuously monitor key performance indicators.
