About this opportunity As a Business Operations Manager (BOM) for a company owned office, you will lead and guide the Home Instead team in successfully navigating the business challenges & opportunities. We currently have an opportunity available for a strong leader to join our values-driven organisation in WA. This role will be split across our Mandurah and Bunbury offices.
This hands-on senior leadership role operates in a fast-paced service-based environment, where the ability to juggle priorities, yet systematically close out tasks that drive outcomes, is crucial.
Drawing on previous leadership experience, you'll foster strong relationships with your team; motivating and guiding them to achieve business goals, as well as providing them with constructive and supportive feedback that drives business capability and aids personal growth. You will identify new business opportunities and develop and grow the business through strong community partnerships and networking.
