Experience it here.ResponsibilitiesAs the Business Operations Manager, reporting directly to the VP Operations Australia and New Zealand, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of business activities and the Corporation's growth objectives through effectively guiding Functional business initiatives.Primarily responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Lead and coordinate the successful rollout of the digital transformation program 1LMX in AustraliaLiaise with UK and US 1LMX leadership, multiple stakeholders and process ownersDrive a 'One LM' culture for how Business Areas, Shared Services and Support Functions interactCommunicate and make decisions in support of Australia and New Zealand strategic objectivesLead the development of consistent Functional Service Level Agreements, Dashboards and Internal ScorecardsPrepare materials and coordinate the execution of the business rhythms and recurring reportsFacilitate the Functional Business Review (FBR) and record actions and Minutes on behalf of the VP OperationsAssist the VP Operations with all LMANZ resilience activitiesLead the ongoing development, review and maintenance of corporate processes and provide recommendations to optimise efficiency and productivityAbout you:To be successful in this role you will have extensive experience in Australian defence, defence industry or national security roles. You will be a self-motivated and driven contributor, who thrives in a busy and diverse environment.With outstanding communication skills, your ability to bring people along on the business journey is a testament to your charismatic nature and strong stakeholder engagement skills.You will have proven leadership experience in program delivery and ideally hold advanced Tertiary qualifications in defence or national security related disciplines.This role is to be based in Canberra, however there is also the possibility of either an Adelaide or Melbourne location.
