Our client is seeking a Business Operations and Risk Partner to join their dynamic Operations team. The role is pivotal in implementing and maintaining the risk and resilience framework, ensuring compliance, and driving operational excellence. This is an excellent opportunity to shape risk management practices while contributing to the company's strategic objectives.
Responsibilities:
Implement and maintain the risk and resilience framework in alignment with company policies.
Facilitate risk assessments, reporting, and mitigation activities.
Coordinate and test business continuity, disaster recovery, and crisis management plans.
Provide business management support and collaborate closely with leaders across the Operations unit.
Engage with internal and external stakeholders to align on risk and resilience matters.
Contribute to continuous improvement of risk and resilience processes and tools.
You will have:
Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field.
Professional certification in risk management or internal audit (CRMA, CISA, CIA, etc.).
Proven experience in business operations and risk management, preferably in a regulated industry.
Strong knowledge of risk frameworks, methodologies, and tools.
Excellent communication, critical thinking, and decision-making skills.
Ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in risk and resilience management.
Australian citizenship or PR.
