Your opportunity To provide business function; financial and administrative advice and assistance to the Senior Operations Director, Nursing Director, Management Team members; Executive Director Operations Mackay and Executive Director Finance, Procurement and Infrastructure with respect to the Streams business performance, affordable activity and staffing levels.Provide leadership, management and direction to the Administrative staff within the Service ensuring the delivery of such services in a professional and proficient manner whilst ensuring that operational effectiveness is maintained.To provide monitoring of outcomes against key performance and operational indicators as designated in the Service Operational Plan and Hospital and Health Service Agreement.To provide individual accountability towards Key Performance Indicator compliance. About the Team The Women's and Children's Services stream encompasses inpatient and outpatient care for the; Obstetrics & Gynaecology ward and unit, Continuity of Care Midwifery (including group practice), Paediatrics ward and unit, Sexual Health community services, Child Protective Unit, Child and Youth Family Health and BreastScreen Queensland services. The stream works collaboratively and with a multidisciplinary approach to routine and complex models of care for women and children in the Mackay HHS catchment.

The district covers an area of approximately 90,000km2 and provides services to patients and their families in Bowen, Cannonvale, Clermont, Collinsville, Dysart, Glenden, Mackay, Middlemount, Moranbah, Proserpine and Sarina.
