About the Role: The successful applicant will support the Principal and the Executive Team in: Financial Management including budget development ensuring financial activities are in accordance with operational plans, guidelines, audit requirements, and legislation. Human Resource management to include support staff workforce planning, leading change, implementing Performance Development Plans and leading the support staff workforce to be their best. Facilities/asset management and assisting the Principal in enhancing facilities within the school and within purchasing policy guidelines. Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, and ability to learn many complex programs including the financial and human resources packages used by the Department of Education. Demonstrate considerable autonomy, ensuring business service outcomes are achieved; leading diverse teams; and playing a proactive role in modelling service delivery and expectations within a dynamic school environment. Build networks with other Business Managers, staff and community representatives to ensure the provision of corporate services meets best practice, and act as a role model for talent within the network.
