You will work closely with new and prospective clients across many and varied industries to tailor employee-of-choice offerings, including salary packaging, vehicle management and leasing, insurance, lending, financial advice, and more.
Key Responsibilities: Generating new business through business development activities. Develop and implement innovative salary packaging strategies to drive revenue growth.Maintaining strong relationships with existing clients and external providers to optimise service delivery and cost-effectiveness.Leading, coaching, mentoring and supporting the benefits team.Stay informed about relevant taxation laws and regulations to ensure ongoing compliance. Location You will be based in a modern office in the heart of Sydney or Newcastle CBD. Some travel is required across the three office locations.
