Business Manager

This role is designed to provide high quality customer interactions whilst delivering security services to a portfolio of clients, delivered within commercial guidelines, and ensuring continued revenue growth. This can be achieved by providing leadership and growing a high performing
team.

This role will suit an experienced security industry professional, but people with leadership experience in high volume people focused industries would be considered favourably. More importantly, ability to manage clients and grow the business, along with leadership of a large business unit is critical. Ability to think strategically, juggle multiple demands, and manage time effectively are also important attributes of the successful candidate.
