In this role, you will lead and support our workforce of Disability Support Workers, Volunteers, and Supported Employees in their personal and professional growth. A willingness to roll up your sleeves and get your hands dirty when required is essential!Business Savvy: A solid understanding of basic business management principles, including budgeting, scheduling, contract management/deliverables, and performance tracking.Sector Experience: Experience in the NDIS/disability sector is highly desirable, though not essential. A passion for making a difference is a must!Effective Communicator: Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with people of diverse backgrounds and abilities.
