We are a NDIS registered provider looking for a Business Manager to join our Mildura team.
In this role you will lead and support our workforce of Disability Support Workers, Volunteers, and Supported Employees in their personal and professional growth.
Your success indicator will be the achievement of C2A's Mission to 'Support people with disability to live their chosen life'.
C2A has been around supporting people with disability to live their best life since1953.

As a Social Enterprise we engage supported employees in a wide variety of employment opportunities including car washing, production of candles and gifts, retail store, recycling and garden maintenance.

Op Shop that is predominantly ran by volunteers and supported employees who are in turn supported by a Senior Support Worker.
Together, they ensure the smooth running of the end to end business functions of the Op Shop and assists our supported employees to achieve their goals; and, 2.
Our Work Connections crews.
Each crew is led by a disability support worker charged with the task of upskilling and supervising our supported employees, ensuring their safety at all times, and the completion of contract work, such as gardening and car washing, to a quality standard and within agreed timeframes.
Employment enhances independence and self-esteem, boosts income, improves health and wellbeing, strengthens social connections and opens opportunities for skills development.
The Role: We are looking for a strong people leader who understands the NDIS framework and commercial operations.
This role is key to the growth and sustainability of the site, driving operational efficiencies while role modelling leadership behaviours that create a high performing, positive, and engaged team that is aligned with C2A's Cultural Values.
The successful candidate will be working with an exceptional team of disability support workers who genuinely care for the wellbeing of our supported employees.
Key Responsibilities: • Lead and Inspire: Provide strong, compassionate leadership, fostering a positive workplace culture that encourages growth and inclusivity.
• Support Employee Development: Train, mentor, and support our supported employees, empowering them to reach their potential.
• Operational Management: Oversee daily operations, ensuring all processes align with regulatory standards for our governing bodies, and organisational objectives.
• Business Development: Contribute to the growth of the organisation by identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to enhance productivity and service quality.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate effectively with internal teams, clients, and external partners to build and maintain relationships that support our mission.
About You: • People Leader: Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills, an ability to build trust, and genuine commitment to developing and supporting team members.
A willingness to roll up your sleeves and get your hands dirty when required is essential!
• Business Savvy: A solid understanding of basic business management principles, including budgeting, scheduling, contract management/deliverables, and performance tracking.
• Sector Experience : Experience in the NDIS/disability sector is highly desirable, though not essential.
A passion for making a difference is a must!
• Effective Communicator: Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with people of diverse backgrounds and abilities.
A qualification and/or experience with disability or a similar sector, and business management qualification will be highly regarded.
• Superior Time Management and Organisational skills: Strong administration and IT skills, ability to deliver tasks on time and to a quality standard, ability to prioritise, and shift priorities as needed.
