About the Role: This role will see you completing duties such as:
Setting team goals, budgets and performance targetsDriving business development and supporting the sales teamMonitoring business performance metricsLeading and coaching the Eight Mile Plains teamProactively set targets and monitor for compliance and safetyManage account deliveries to ensure service level agreement measures are met and are in line with client expectationsDesired Skills and Experience: 2-3 years of leadership or people management experienceExperience, knowledge and understanding of the industryAbility to interpret and monitor business financialsWhat's in it for you?
