The Business Manager will run a 360° recruitment desk and lead the HR specialisation. The focus will be to continue the billing activity on your recruitment desk while supporting other recruiters to increase billings and performance whilst overseeing the running of the team. The Business Manager will have the opportunity to build, scale and lead a team of recruiters to create a high performing function. Once created, the Business Manager will be tasked with leading the team to increase on-desk performance and will include but not be limited to the following activities:
Team meetingsJob triage planningOn-desk support1:1 coachingSupport and feedbackPerformance improvement planningThis role is ideal for a recruitment professional who is passionate about business development and people leadership. We recruit in Executive, Finance & Accounting, Financial Services, Insurance, Human Resources, Marketing, Corporate Services, Data & Analytics, Technology.
Candidate ProfileMinimum 5+ years' experience in agency recruitment within the HR specialisation (Business Development, Candidate Management & Job Management).Looking to develop your business acumen and strategic capability.Strong pro-active sales experience.Experience in managing client relationships and managing deliverables to clients.Strong evidence in billing capability.Collaborative in nature.Hungry to grow and thrive.Leadership experience or a passion to step into your first leadership position.The Company, Culture & BenefitsAt the heart of every business are its people, and our business is no different.
