The ideal person will have relevant F&I qualifications together with industry experience in finance and insurance, and a natural engaging customer service focus when offering F&I options to our valued customers.
Business Manager is responsible for: Presentation, Introduction and Selling of all Finance, Insurance and Warranty products to customersWorking closely with the sales team to build relationships, negotiate and close finance dealsManaging the Finance and Insurance process, including the collection and submission of documentsMaximize Sales Results for the dealershipAchieving Sales TargetsSelling insurance and warranty products to cash customersYou offer: Experience in Finance & Insurance ideally within automotive industryExcellent customer service skills and the ability to qualify customer needsResponsibility & accountability for achieving F&I targetsA professional and positive attitudeInterpersonal skills, building & nurturing strong relationships internally and externallyHands-on team player that is not only office boundOur Offering to you: An attractive salary retainer and commission/bonus structure with unlimited earning potential; fully maintained company vehicle or vehicle allowance; training and development; support from a highly experienced team and senior managers.
