Manage, support and motivate your teams to meet and exceed monthly KPIs
Develop and implement strategies that will ensure our customers are supported through the whole employment services process
Promote and foster strong relationships and champion MAX as an employment service partner of choice
Review operational plans for successful outcomes
Would this describe you?
Have previous exposure to working with People with Disability
Previous exposure to working within Employment Services, preferably DES
Advanced level of communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills with the ability to negotiate business solutions with external providers
Ability to rapidly build effective and positive working relationships
Strong positive problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
Good level of business acumen and budgetary skills
Knowledge of risk management approaches, including the ability to undertake risk assessments for work activities
Ability to obtain a working with vulnerable people card, a National Police check, and a myGov ID
