Have previous exposure to working with People with Disability Previous exposure to working within Employment Services, preferably DES Advanced level of communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills with the ability to negotiate business solutions with external providers Ability to rapidly build effective and positive working relationships Strong positive problem-solving and conflict resolution skills Good level of business acumen and budgetary skills Knowledge of risk management approaches, including the ability to undertake risk assessments for work activities Ability to obtain a working with vulnerable people card and a National Police check and a mygovid More than just a salary!
