We have an exciting and dynamic opportunity in Fujitsu General Australia to join the NSW team as Business Manager – Dealer. This role is critical to assist the General Manager NSW/ACT and Sales Manager NSW/ACT to further build the dealer channel and customer service focus of the NSW team.
Your key responsibilities will include but are not limited to: Establish & maintain a sales call plan to ensure the accounts are serviced within an agreed frequency relevant to their account status, classification, geographical location, and sales potential.Present promotions, product training, terms of trade agreements & provide relevant company/product updates as required and in a timely manner.Effectively plan, manage & maintain a portfolio of Trade Wholesalers, Specialist Air Conditioning Dealers & Home Builders.Openly communicate and share local insights with the General Manager NSW/ACT and Sales Manager NSW/ACT to support improved sales, market share, and revenue.Plan, execute & support local marketing activities to agreed budgets & timelines. Integrate personal sales efforts with other organised state/national marketing activities.Proactively work (externally) with Specialist Dealers & (internally) with Service & Commissioning Teams to plan and allocate resources to bring projects online as required.Execute planned sales calls with clear sales, training, or customer service objectives with particular emphasis on working 'upstream'.Identify & develop partnerships/relationships with key influencers to gain recommendation/specification.Maintain a clear focus on sales budgeting, performance, and the ability to bring in new business to help support sales results.Focus on the rapid development of the Home Builders Channel by leveraging the Fujitsu General Inner Circle program.To be successful in this position, you will be experienced in: Minimum 5 years' experience as a Sales Representative / Account Manager / Business Development Manager.Experience within consumer electronics, home builder, refrigeration, or air conditioning industry.Strong creative vision with a solid understanding of business and sales objectives.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.Managing a dynamic workload and ensuring accountability while managing expectations.Ability to learn and understand the use and design of air conditioning systems including relevant controls.Willingness to travel outside Sydney as required.Working as part of a close-knit team, you will have the opportunity to work with one of the best companies in the industry, providing you with a varied and flexible work environment, practices, and ongoing training and development.
