Reporting to the Chief Operations Officer, the Manager works in collaboration with senior leaders to deliver the outcomes aligned with the organisational strategy, enabling high quality service delivery through engaged and motivated team members.Services provided include allied health (Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Speech, Exercise Physiology, Psychology, Orientation and Mobility, Social Work), accessible information and assistive technology support through centre based and mobile service delivery.Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Strategic Leadership: Shape departmental strategy by analysing industry trends and implementing business plans to enhance services in the disability and aged care sectors.Client and Stakeholder Relationships: Build and manage relationships with clients and key stakeholders, resolving complex issues and fostering trust.Operational Oversight: Ensure compliance with regulations, optimise workflows, and oversee efficient, client-centered service delivery.Team Leadership: Recruit, develop, and supervise staff, fostering high performance through regular feedback and professional growth opportunities.Financial and Risk Management: Develop budgets, monitor financial performance, and implement corrective measures while mitigating operational risks.Stakeholder Engagement: Represent the organisation externally to build partnerships and advocate for client and organisational interests.Quality Assurance: Drive service excellence through quality assurance frameworks, continuous improvement initiatives, and feedback integration.Desired Skills and ExperienceAbout YouEssential Qualifications and Experience:Tertiary qualification in nursing, allied health or health management (community sector experience preferred).Proven leadership and interpersonal skills to collaborate with clinical and non-clinical staff.Strong stakeholder management, analytical abilities, and financial acumen, including profit/loss management and operational reporting.Experience in preparing business cases, funding submissions and leading projects from inception to completion.Expertise in policy implementation, clinical governance, risk management and quality improvement within healthcare, disability or aged care settings.High proficiency in IT systems including clinical databases.Postgraduate qualifications in business, leadership or related areas.AHPRA registration.Compliance requirements for the successful candidate:National Police ClearanceNDIS Worker Screening CheckWA Drivers LicenceWorking With Children CheckWorking with Vulnerable People check (TAS, NDIS endorsed)Benefits:In return, you will be rewarded with:Free onsite parking and close to public transport (across the road from Victoria Park Train Station)Enjoy up to 3 days of additional paid leave during the Christmas and New Year holidays!Free access to our gymWorking in a supportive environment with ongoing professional development and trainingEmployee Assistance ProgramNFP salary packaging options – use some of your salary for everyday expenses before income tax; meaning you can increase your take-home pay!How to apply?If you're ready to help us, make a difference, click Apply and let's chat about what life looks like at EverAbility.Applications close at 4:00pm Friday, 31 January 2025.
