About the RoleAre you ready to embark on an exciting journey supporting small business customers?
We're on the lookout for Business Lending Service Consultants in our Small Business Contact Centre.
As a Business Lending Service Consultant, you will wield the power to unravel complexity and make financial matters delightfully simple for our valued customers.
In this role, you will support customers via inbound calls with existing and new Business lending enquiries, while balancing team, customer, risk and performance outcomes.
What will your day look like?As a Business Lending Service Consultant, you will:
Respond to incoming calls from Business Lending customers.Complete follow-up tasks that require outbound calls to Business Lending customers.Work within a quality-driven and compliant environment.Manage complaints within required timeframes, policy and procedures.Collaborate across channels to meet customer needs.What will you bring?To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:
Experience in delivering high-quality customer experience within required timeframes.Demonstrated ability to use customer and commercial acumen to enhance overall performance across people, customer, and risk measures.Good problem-solving and negotiation skills.Effective interpersonal and communication skills.Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment, building positive working relationships and contributing to team success.Committed to self-development and opportunities to increase capability in role.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Knowledge of compliance standards.Background in lending, customer service, or sales (preferred but not required).Experience in a contact centre environment or an operational/support role would be highly regarded.You're not expected to have 100% of these skills.
