What you'll do As the Business Intelligence Manager you will lead a team responsible for designing, building, and maintaining data pipelines, data models, dashboards and reports that support all areas of the business. You will deliver actionable business insights to help drive our strategic objectives to a wide range of global stakeholders across Sales, Service, Billing, Marketing and Product.
You will be a fresh pair of eyes to this established function and apply your previous expertise in SaaS to assess where we are truly bringing value, and where we can shift direction. Your leadership experience will help you mentor and develop your team and you'll work with them to identify what data points we have or are missing that could provide greater insights and value to LEAP's overall company objectives.
You will be a passionate and capable leader with 3+ years of BI experience. On top of this you'll need:
Tertiary qualifications and/or relevant industry experience in analytics engineering, data engineering or data analytics Proven leadership experience. Experience with dbt and ELT processes Strong SQL skills and knowledge of data warehousing principals Track record with Python/R and SQL to drive business insights Experience with Tableau and building visualizations and dashboards Experience working with prominent data modelling techniques You are the type of person who Thrives on solving problems. You can communicate with the right people, action insights in the right way, and have the detailed mindset to get to the root cause of a problem. Is a critical thinker. You can analyse data quickly, cut through complexity and find answers rapidly Embraces flexibility and an iterative mindset to adapt to evolving project requirements and shifting timelines.
