About the role The Business Intelligence Analyst, Organisation Performance and Intelligence role is responsible for providing support across a variety of performance measures, as part of the Strategy and Impact team.
The Strategy and Impact team leads the development, implementation, and performance of IBA's strategic and corporate plans, impact measurement and evaluation, performance reporting, and strategic policy and thought leadership.
Our team cares deeply about the impact IBA has in the lives of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people and strives to maximise financial wellbeing through research, evaluation, and policy.
What you'll bring to the team An interest in data analysis for evaluating and informing our organisation's performance in environmental, social and governance strategies.Ability to make a real contribution in a dynamic and challenging yet rewarding work environment.Identify as Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander, with a strong connection to community and culture, aligning with the requirements of this affirmative measures' role.What the key responsibilities are: Extract, analyse and interpret internal and external data using statistical techniques to identify trends and insights, and prepare comprehensive reports for internal and external stakeholders.Conduct assessments of ESG practices within the organisation and collaborate with teams to integrate ESG considerations into business strategy and operations.Develop and present visualisations, dashboards and reports to effectively communicate findings to diverse audiences.Build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders through clear communication, negotiation and issue resolution.Support the preparation of corporate documents, such as Corporate Plan and Annual Report, by contributing to performance monitoring and reporting.Collaborate with internal and external teams to conduct evaluations, research and impact analysis aligned with IBA's strategic goals and performance frameworks.Assist in developing techniques to process large data sets, address quantitative problems, optimise the Data Warehouse facility, and contribute to the design of automated systems for business intelligence.Challenge assumptions, ask critical questions and utilise evidence-based insights to inform policy and program design, supporting senior managers and executives.Other duties as required.What you will get in return A values-based organisation that drives financial inclusion and economic empowerment with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people.15.4% employer contribution to superannuation.Not-for-profit status, with access to Salary Packaging.4 weeks annual leave, with half pay annual leave and purchased leave available.Christmas close down without leave deduction. #J-18808-Ljbffr
