Redland City Council is seeking a dedicated Business Intelligence Analyst with extensive experience in the field and a strong understanding of data modelling techniques. As part of our team, you will support and maintain the business intelligence technical environment, translating business requirements into technical solutions, and collaborating with various stakeholders to meet the organization's reporting and data analysis needs.

Support and maintain the business intelligence technical environment
Translate business requirements into technical business intelligence solutions
Work collaboratively with business analysts, database administrators/data modeler, and quality assurance

This role requires you to have:
Well developed experience in cloud-based platforms building and maintaining reporting and visualization solutions (e.g., Power BI, Azure Analysis Services, SQL Server Reporting Services)
Experience working with Azure resources such as Azure SQL Database, Azure SQL Data Warehouse, Azure Data Lake, Azure Data Factory, and Azure Databricks
Advanced SQL understanding and extensive experience in developing data-intensive solutions
Strong understanding of data modelling techniques
Capability to develop, manage, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for cloud-hosted systems and applications
Sound knowledge of programming language (e.g., Python) desired
