About the Role As our Business Intelligence Analyst, you'll transform raw data into actionable recommendations using analytical tools and techniques. You'll:
Craft KPIs, Reports, and Visualizations:Design and maintain intuitive tools that track progress, highlight trends, and tell compelling data-driven stories to stakeholders.Generate Insights and Drive Action:Mine large datasets, uncovering hidden patterns and insights to support critical business decisions.Champion Data Integrity:Prioritize data accuracy and consistency, ensuring the quality that supports effective decision making.The Ideal Candidate Technical Expertise:Solid understanding of data analysis principles, experience with business intelligence tools like SQL/SAS for coding and Qlik for visualisation or similar, a knack for transforming data into meaningful visualisations and conversations.Collaboration is Key:A team player who thrives in cross-functional settings, partnering seamlessly with colleagues to see projects through to success.Learner at Heart:Embraces change and eagerly adopts new technologies and methodologies to stay agile in our fast-paced environment.Bonus Points:Experience with a Claims Management System (Fineos) is a major advantage.Our future TAC is currently building a new cloud platform for the future of analytics; the following skills would be beneficial.
Experience working on cloud data platforms, using tools like Azure Databricks or similar.Experience with Kimball data modelling techniques (star-schemas)Experienced working in Agile BI environment, delivering iterative and incremental value within a cross functional team.If this sounds like you, let's connect - apply today!
