About the role The role is part of the Deposits team in Country Banking Australia and its purpose is to assist with the execution of the road-map for Deposits whilst facilitating improvement initiatives that deliver on simplification and automation of processes and consistency of services and performance across the department.
The role's purpose is to represent as a key Deposits business SME on all impacting projects as well as lead requirements gathering, facilitation and execution of improvement initiatives across Deposits.
The role will support policy, procedure and collateral amendments and continuous improvement initiatives across the Deposits business as well as supporting and representing in critical strategic initiatives related to or impacting the Deposits business.
Where applicable, the role holder will act as a conduit between the business and IT to continue to prioritise what backlog items must and should be delivered and when.
The business requires someone to champion initiatives to identify and promote opportunities to continue to provide better customer experience and drive efficiencies within Deposits and across the E2E process collectively.
Some of the Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities: Analysis and Solution Definition Elicit and analyse the business needs or challenges in close partnership with stakeholders.Reviews and edits requirements, specifications, business processes and recommendations related to proposed solutions.Develops functional specifications and system design specifications for business line engagements.Help develop and create solutions that enable Deposits to meet its goals.Translates the business line's demand into a solution. Analyses the needs. Makes proposals for improvement. Explains limits, takes business line's signals seriously and makes proposals on the basis of 'best practise'.Identifies business line strengths and weaknesses and suggests areas of improvement.Contribute to the development and implementation of Deposits digital plans, business plans and budgets.Building a feedback loop with clients to capture their changing customer needs and adjust the service offerings accordingly.Ensure high customer satisfaction and maintain high customer advocacy rates.Ensure compliance with the bank's policies and procedures at all times, including Audit, Compliance and Business Continuity.Contribute to the achievement of the Bank's CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) goals and objectives and adhere to CSR policies.Project/Initiative Execution Assists in enforcement of project deadlines and schedules.Takes input from stakeholders and appropriately and accurately applies comments/feedback.Consistently delivers high-quality services to project stakeholders.Understands the components of running a fiscally successful project.Other duties as directed.To be successful in this role you will have: Tertiary qualifications in business, finance, agriculture or related discipline.Proven experience in a similar role or within banking, finance, or agriculture (as a guide).Strong knowledge of Deposits industry and processes.An understanding of Risk Management and regulatory landscape and obligations within the financial services industry, including Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorist Financing, Banking Code of Practice, Product Design and Distribution Obligations, Treating Clients Fairly etc.Ability to manage projects.Ability to develop sound knowledge of the AgTech industry.High level of communication both written and verbal.Highly proactive, adaptable and flexible in their approach to work.Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with key internal and external clients.What we are proud to offer you: Rabo@Anywhere is our hybrid way of working at Rabobank and for Australia, which means we have a blend of time working between the office and home.
