About the Role Reporting to the Business Partnering & Transitions Manager, the key element of the Project Office Analyst role is coordinate requests from the Business stakeholders introducing new Business IT systems, conduct Technology Compliance Assessments for bespoken systems and undertake a high-level analysis of requested business and user processes, systems and requirements to support the scoping, design and delivery of projects within Indue and client systems.
As the Project Office Analyst, you will work closely with all relevant stakeholder groups, particularly the Project Manager and the Technology teams, ensuring they are effectively engaged and informed throughout each project.
The role is also responsible for documentation control of a large-scale project inclusive of various streams.
Essential Criteria Tertiary qualification or postgraduate degree in the IT or Project Management field or similar Technology literate and autodidactic in the use of software platforms with minimal guidance from others Strong organisational skills · strong process, analytical, problem-solving and structured thinking Strong communication skills and being able to present and explain complex Technology topics, solutions and processes in simple terms adjusting to audience Sense for time sensitivity in project activities, prioritise, work efficient to deliver within tight timelines Strong team player with values and ethics to fit well in IT team Strong user skills with Microsoft platform (Office 365, Teams) Desirable Experience Experience in project management · experience in process mapping Experience with ITSM platforms such as Fresh service or Jira Understanding of key integration principles utilising technologies such as REST API, SFTP, XML, CSV, JSON, ETL Experience with modelling of Business processes and workflow  Please reach out to us for the  full Position Description  to review the Key Responsibilities and Measures of success.
