In this role, you will play a pivotal role in driving strategic business improvements and operational excellence initiatives within the company. This individual will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams, identifying areas for enhancement, and implementing solutions to streamline processes, increase productivity, and drive cost savings. The Business Improvement Specialist will leverage their expertise in process optimization, change management, and project leadership to drive sustainable improvements that align with organisational goals and Accountabilities: Safety Leadership: Set the standard for safety at Bowen Rail Company.
