As a result, we are looking for an experienced Business Improvement Lead to drive business improvement outcomes across all areas of our business.
Based in our West Perth office and offered on a full time basis, this role will lead and deliver on a broad range of operational business improvement activities that are connected to achieving the Warrikal business strategy.
The scope of this role is broad; you'll work closely with senior leaders and our executive to understand the businesses needs, help develop scopes and business cases and lead the overall initiative and change management activities.
OUR ROLE Reporting to our Resource Delivery Manager, this role will see you Establish and lead a disciplined approach to business improvement activities Support the develop of various initiatives including the scope development, business case preparation and impact analysis Engage and communicate with impacted stakeholders along the change management cycle Management of registers and the framework to enable regular reporting and updates Manage change across the business including communication to ensure the embedding of the initiative and business adoption   Develop a suite of tools, templates and procedures to support the overall business improvement activities Engage and support external consultants and stakeholders as required Lead internal communications on upcoming and in-delivery initiatives  Formulate and manage business improvement budgets ABOUT YOU Great people skills and the ability to build trust is a must, backed by strong communications skills.
You will also ideally have: Previous experience in a similar role from within the construction/mining/resource sector with experience in business improvement and change management.
