Business Improvement Officer

WA Government Client is looking for a business improvement officer to work on an initial 6-month contract with possible extension.
This role will be based in Fremantle and offers a chance to work in a growing team that supports the implementation of improvement initiatives across the business.
Key Responsibilities Assit with the implementation, reporting on and monitoring of improvement initiatives, in line with change management best principles.
Assist with the design and development of improvements to business systems and processes, frameworks and training requirements.
Assit with auditing and compliance activities.
Supports the maintenance of governance frameworks as required.
Assists in the preparation of Executive, Board and Ministerial papers or presentations.
Required Skills Demonstrated experience in successfully implementing business improvement initiatives and effecting change across organisations.
Excellent interpersonal skills with an ability to build and maintain productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders to achieve positive outcomes.
Well-developed oral and written communication skills including the ability to prepare a variety of documentation including preparation of complex correspondence, proposals, briefings and governance framework materials.
Any experience in governance frameworks, change and auditing is highly desirable.
