This role is responsible for identifying opportunities for continuous improvement, utilising data-driven insights, and ensuring the successful implementation of business improvement initiatives. You will work collaboratively across teams to enhance performance, reduce costs, and ensure the delivery of measurable outcomes that align with strategic goals.Reporting to the Alliance Manager within our Parking Services team, your responsibilities would primarily include:Undertake concept and scoping of both strategic and operational process improvement;Develop and oversee project plans, including setting objectives, deliverables, budgets, schedules, communication plans, and risk management strategies.
