Key Responsibilities: Project Management: Assist in planning, coordinating, and managing the implementation of TechOne software across the organization.Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including department heads and team members, to gather requirements, address concerns, and ensure alignment with project goals.Process Improvement: Analyze current business processes and identify opportunities for improvement facilitated by the new software.Develop and implement strategies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.Change Management: Support the organization through the change process, including communication, training, and addressing resistance to ensure smooth adoption of the new system.Data Migration: Oversee data migration activities, ensuring accuracy and completeness of data transferred to the new system.Training and Support: Develop training materials and conduct training sessions for end-users to ensure they are proficient in using TechOne software.Monitoring and Reporting: Track project progress, identify risks and issues, and provide regular updates to the Transformation Program Manager.Develop and maintain project documentation.Post-Implementation Support: Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting assistance post-implementation to address any issues and optimize system usage.Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in business improvement, project management, or a related role, with a focus on software implementation projects.Experience with TechOne software is highly desirable.Skills: Strong project management and organizational skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Proficient in process analysis and improvement methodologies.Experience with change management principles and practices.Technical aptitude with a good understanding of software implementation.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
