The OpportunityThe Business Improvement Lead is a newly created role which will support the Amplar Health leadership team by providing unique insights and opportunities for improved business processes and operational performance; and help to identify and implement solutions for more efficient and lower cost healthcare delivery.
Reporting to the Head of Insights and Performance and working with business leaders, BI analysts and workforce planners your key responsibilities will include: Act as a trusted business partner to business and LT stakeholders, understanding their needs identify opportunities to lower the cost to service through automation, process changes and changes in underlying technology footprint or applications.
Elicit end-to-end requirements from multiple business & technical areas, breakdown initiatives into epics and stories, customer journeys and acceptance criteria.
Translate insights into actions to support Amplar Health's strategy across the Home Health, Preventative Health and Virtual Health divisions.
Manage expectations on priorities, deliverables, progress, and timelines while measuring success through business feedback on service quality, usage, and impact of analytics solutions.
This is a 12-month fixed term contract with the possibility of extension and can be worked flexibly from part time 0.6 FTE to full time.
Based in one of our offices in Melbourne, Sydney, Adelaide or Brisbane or work from home or a mix of both with some travel required adhoc.
About you You have in depth Business Analyst and/or operational experience and are adept at working with both technical and non-technical teams to seamlessly translate business problems into viable solutions.
You have a proven track record on delivering change and previous experience in process improvement and automation projects, ideally within a health organisation.
Additionally, you have experience in: facilitating workshops, running meetings and interviewing.
eliciting requirements and information from all levels of staff, including senior stakeholders and technical and business SMEs.
