The Communications Centre team's functional role is the provision of frontline advice/information, driving student growth, omni-channel enquiry management, electronic communications and support services to all ECU students.
The RoleThe Business Improvement Coordinator will play a critical part in cultivating a culture of continuous improvement, fostering creative thinking, and enhancing overall operational effectiveness. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving initiatives that enhance both student and staff experiences, supporting acquisition, retention, and growth.
