About the Role
TheBusiness Improvement Consultantis responsible for identifying and implementing process and business improvement opportunities to enable optimal services to be delivered to our Members, improve the effectiveness and impact of services and improve operational efficiency.
This role reports to Operations Manager, Claims. This is a permanent, full time opportunity with hybrid working available, based in Parramatta.
You will work as a key SME for continuous improvement initiatives for the Claims team.
