As an integral member of our team, you will be responsible for:Leading and delivering business improvement projects targeted at enhancing Member experience and operational efficiencies.Designing streamlined business processes to accommodate the implementation of new systems.Utilising tools familiar to continuous improvement practitioners including team based brainstorming workshops, process observation and mapping and data collection and analysis.Adopting preferred methodologies for continuous improvement, with a particular focus on the use of Lean and Six Sigma principles.Providing quality data to assist with the prioritisation of business improvement initiatives and projects.Assisting with data collection, reporting & analysis requirements.Plus, much more.About youYou are a confident and passionate self-motivated individual who enjoys working in a high performing culture.
