Supporting the Key Account Manager, this role is primarily focused on operational delivery across the portfolio– ensuring reliable and consistent delivery to plans.
The role is responsible for ensuring risk identification/controls, incidents, and tenant/client/customer issues are managed as per the agreed processes.
Central to success in the role, the FM will develop and maintain a strong relationship with the client representatives across the portfolio, to manage the contractual and operating integrity of the sites through identification of project improvements and compliance to client and ISS processes/procedures.
As the Facility Manager, your other responsibilities will include:
Monthly and day-to-day scheduling, allocation, and delivery of site-based planned work and inspect & report regimes satisfying all site KPI's.Co-ordination of corrective works throughout the site, utilizing both internal workforce and external sub-contractors meeting all site KPI's.Ensuring all works are delivered in a manner that is efficient, compliant, and doesn't introduce risk or disrupt the site operations.Conduct quality inspection reporting in accordance with prescribed intervals and ensure that appropriate measures are in place to manage work outcomes.Developing asset replacement business cases.Management, initiation, scoping, execution, and delivery of individual site-based CAPEX, Asset Refurbishment-Lifecycle/Project Works and handover documentation across nominated sites.Provide timely and accurate management reporting that satisfies allocated budgets and the variation management processes are complied with.Leading an onsite service delivery team that provides professional services.What we are looking for: Experience within the FM industry (with technical expertise across hard and soft services) or similar experience from the industrial, commercial, or technical service industry.Industry Qualifications or equivalent experience.Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude.Experience managing a workforce.Good understanding of compliance requirements of buildings.Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain effective relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders across a matrix organisation.Proven ability to consult effectively with clients and colleagues at all levels.Ability to provide consistent service delivery and customer service in an environment requiring a flexible approach.Energetic and passionate personality with a desire to lead by example.Excellent commercial skills with sound understanding of Financial/Budget knowledge and processes.High level operational management skills.Strong interpersonal, communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.Ability to travel intrastate on a regular basis, with interstate travel required from time to time.Able to pass an Australian National Police Check.What you will get in return: Competitive salary on offer.Join our global organisation and open the door to endless career opportunities.
