Business Manager RoleThe Business Manager is a key position within the school, responsible for leading the office team and managing various aspects of school administration, finance, and human resources.
Key ResponsibilitiesManage and direct the preparation of annual budgets and regular financial statementsContribute to the financial decision-making of the schoolPrepare funding submissions for the leadership team and school councilManage the design and production of school publications and documentsRequirementsDemonstrated capacity to lead an office team and direct the work of othersDemonstrated knowledge and experience in human resource and financial management records systemsSound knowledge of financial management legal requirements and practicesHigh-level organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize work flowsHigh-level written and verbal communication skillsThe Business Manager will work closely with senior management to achieve the expected outcomes and will be responsible for managing staff to achieve these outcomes.
