Work collaboratively with the team to present a national service offering to all brokerages and a national picture to our Insurance leadership team. Continually grow your book of business through the use and implementation of growth strategies. Create and deliver insurance growth and retention strategies for the client portfolio. Provide a high level of service and advice to brokers relating to risk and insurance requirements for their clients. Coordinate training programs for brokers that deliver high utilisation of the quoting platform. Professionally and efficiently manage all renewals, remarketing and new business enquiries. Working alongside the claims team to resolve claims matters, ensuring a fair and reasonable outcome for all. Demonstrate sales leadership, integrity, collaboration and personal accountability within our team, setting an example for others. Key Selection Criteria: Demonstrated knowledge of underwriting practices and policies. A strong working history within Insurance underwriting and business development. The ability to advise broker client groups on risk and gap analysis. Ability to collect, analyse and present information back to senior stakeholders. Claims handling experience or familiarity of the claims process from a client, broker and insurer perspective. Proven ability to guide and influence executive decision making. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Strong collaboration interpersonal and negotiation skills. Decisive, goal oriented and thrives on achieving results. Values driven with high integrity and an entrepreneurial mindset. Passionate about service and making a difference to others. Has high attention to detail, and is self-directed, with excellent time management. Is flexible and resilient in responding to multiple changing priorities and complexity. Qualifications: At least 5 years commercial experience in insurance, coupled with relevant qualifications. Tier 1 & 2 Compliant - Certified Insurance Professional. Completed bachelor's degree in any field preferable Australian Permanent Residency.
