You will have strong connections with architects, designers, and construction contractors primarily within luxury residential and be able to leverage those connections to further build meaningful outcomes and secure design projects for the business.DescriptionIdentify and pursue new business opportunities within the architectural and design community.
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market share.Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, designers, specifiers, and contractors.
Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing expert guidance on product selection, specifications, and installation requirements.Conduct product presentations, lunch-and-learns, and other educational sessions to showcase the Group's products and capabilities.Provide technical assistance and support to clients throughout the specification process.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that customer needs are met, and projects are executed to the highest standards.Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
Identify emerging opportunities and potential challenges and provide actionable insights to inform business decisions.Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales collateral, presentations, and other promotional materials.
Ensure that sales tools are accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with brand messaging.Prepare regular sales forecasts, reports, and performance analyses for management.
Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure progress against sales goals.Represent the group at trade shows, industry events, and networking functions.
