We offer personalised goal-setting opportunities to help you thrive and succeed both professionally and personally.Your Role at BROOKThis role is critical for driving new business opportunities through targeted outreach, lead generation, and relationship building. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales focus and be proactive in identifying and pursuing potential clients. The role will initially be one day per week with the opportunity for this to increase over the next 6 months.Key ResponsibilitiesLead Generation: Proactively search for and identify new business leads via job boards (SEEK, LinkedIn) and other channels, targeting key decision-makers (HR, Talent Acquisition, Senior Managers).Client Outreach: Initiate contact with potential clients through personalised LinkedIn messages and emails, highlighting our services and value propositions.Relationship Building: Build and nurture relationships with potential clients, positioning our services as a solution to their hiring needs.Pipeline Development: Maintain a steady pipeline of qualified leads by tracking outreach activities and follow-ups, ensuring ongoing engagement with prospects.Sales Support: Schedule meetings for consultants with interested prospects, handing over qualified leads.Skills & ExperienceSales-driven with a proven ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities.Strong communication and relationship-building skills.Experience in business development, sales, or recruitment is preferred.Self-motivated with excellent organisational and time-management abilities.
