Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute business strategies to drive revenue growth and market expansion. Have experience or knowledge of powder coating, aluminium fabrication, and construction. Identify and target new business opportunities through market research and networking. Cultivate and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders. Collaborate across departments to align business goals and support client needs. Prepare and present impactful proposals and presentations to key decision-makers. Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to keep the company ahead of the curve. Experience in a product distribution network and general sales and recruitment of retail clients. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience). Proven track record in business development, sales, or a related role with multifaceted experience across different areas of business growth. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
