Force is looking for a dynamic and proactive team player to join our team as a Business Development Specialist.
Reporting to the National Business Development Manager, we are seeking an experienced, results-driven, and commercially oriented person to continue to grow our customer base, drive new business, and increase market presence.
Key Responsibilities:Drive revenue growth to meet and exceed agreed upon targets on a monthly and annual basis.Win new clients and nurture existing relationships to support ongoing business growth.Plan, develop, and implement strategic sales strategies to maximize sales and market share in your area.Achieve sales growth by presenting and selling products to existing and new clients.Provide market feedback to senior management to support ways to increase market share.Collaborate with internal (private brands) and external (partner brands) representatives to jointly plan, present, and represent each brand effectively.Identify and present market opportunities for new brand and category opportunities.Maintain strong relationships with Force business units, including Sales, Procurement, Product, Marketing, Customer Service, Finance, I.T, and Supply Chain.Maintain customer engagement KPIs through regular visitation cycles, documenting interactions and follow-up actions (CRM).Accountable for regular reporting of financial results against budgets, partnership acquisition pipeline, and market insights.Assist with other tasks as required.Minimum Requirements:Proactive sales mentality with a methodical and strategic BD/sales approach in a B2B environment.Customer-focused approach with strong written and verbal communication skills.Ability to focus on long-term relationships and consistently deliver results against targets.A minimum of 2-5 years' experience in a similar position with a successful track record.Current and valid Driver's license; must bring your own vehicle.Previous experience working with key accounts.Great presentation skills and a proven ability to think outside the box.Ability to multitask under pressure and meet deadlines.Force's values are represented by 'People, Performance, Execution, Innovation, and Fun'.
