What You Will Be Doing In this role, you will be responsible for, but not limited to:
Maintaining and growing assigned territories by identifying, cultivating, and winning new business opportunities. Organising and coordinating product proposals, tenders, quotations, and other documents with accuracy, professionalism, and commercial standards. Monitoring market trends through professional networks with clients and suppliers, and attendance at industry events. Professionally managing business relationships, customer retention, and accounts to ensure service levels are met. Completing required paperwork and administration tasks. Complying with Coregas' QMS and understanding all product quality requirements. Understanding, adhering to, and working towards meeting all safety responsibilities as required in the relevant company policies and legislation. What We Need From You To be considered for this role, you must have / be: Strong sales and negotiation skills, with an understanding of the sales process for key account development. A strong track record in sales, business development, and customer retention. Excellent ability to identify and efficiently action business growth opportunities. Strong verbal and written communication skills with internal and external stakeholders of all levels. Able to demonstrate effective influencing skills to achieve business outcomes. Inquisitive; continuously challenges and strives to improve business processes. Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to interpret financial and budgetary information to make decisions in line with business objectives with customers. Able to actively promote a culture of quality customer service. Able to present concepts in a clear, concise manner to ensure messages are delivered well, understood, and acted upon. Able to travel within the state and/or domestically, including overnight stays.
