Specifically, you will: Identify new business opportunities - including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products, and services - or new ways of reaching existing markets.Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve targets and expand our customer base.Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.Collaborate with other departments to align business development strategies with company objectives.Promote the company's products/services, addressing or predicting clients' objectives.Be able to travel for business for up to 50% of the time.To be successful in the above duties, you will have: Tertiary Engineering qualification with a strong commercial and technical aptitude.Minimum of 15 years' experience in the mining industry with 5-7 years in business development role.Minimum of 10 years' exposure to materials handling & Crushing and Screening equipment desired.Demonstrated sales and technical capabilities to understand and grow an equipment product rangeAbility to travel frequently to customer sitesCurrent driver's licenceWhat we offer: We believe that our people are the heart of our organisation.
