About Us: At Anytime Fitness Hampton East, we are committed to helping our members reach their fitness goals by creating a welcoming and supportive community. We're looking for a dynamic and driven Business Development Specialist to help us expand our reach and strengthen relationships with local businesses. Job Overview: As a Business Development Specialist, your primary focus will be building and nurturing relationships with local businesses and health professionals. Your goal will be to promote our corporate memberships and identify mutually beneficial partnerships that support both businesses and their clients. Key Responsibilities: Visit local businesses and present corporate membership opportunities. Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners like chiropractors, physios, and other health-related professionals. Identify new business opportunities and create partnerships with local companies. Collaborate with the Anytime Fitness team to design promotional materials and corporate packages. Represent the brand at community events and networking opportunities. Work closely with management to develop business development strategies and achieve set targets. Qualifications: Proven experience in sales, business development, or relationship management. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on relationship-building. Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively. A passion for fitness and wellness is a plus! Knowledge of the local business landscape and health/wellness professionals is an advantage. National Police Check, Working with Children Check, First Aid & CPR Certs.
