You will be responsible for stabilizing and growing a substantial account portfolio, guiding this new segment through strategic shifts and market transitions to capture emerging opportunities.
This role requires a visionary approach to channel development and market penetration, with a focus on sustainable, long-term growth.

Key Responsibilities: Market Growth & Presence: Lead initiatives to expand market share and establish a strong presence within the new focused market segment.
Strategic Implementation: Develop and implement strategies that align with the business's strategic objectives, adapting to market changes to support expansion.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to set direction and execute plans that enhance client engagement and drive overall growth.

Skills and Attributes: B2B Sales Expertise (specifically selling to large distributors): Strong background in B2B sales and business development within industrial sectors, especially in distribution-driven sales models.
Strategic Growth Focus: Proven ability to design and execute growth strategies, with an emphasis on channel development and market expansion.
Relationship Management: Skilled communicator, experienced in building relationships and aligning stakeholders on strategic objectives.
