The PIXIE smart home brand is wholly owned by SAL, and continues to experience strong growth in Australia. An opportunity exists during this rapid market expansion period for a new team member as a key contributor in the PIXIE brand.
The Candidate Taking extreme ownership locally for all things PIXIE, and responsibility for State sales growth and brand development, the candidate will thrive working autonomously towards the common goal and mission.
The ability to deploy a structured plan whilst also contributing creative ideas needed specifically for your market is essential to cut through the competitive market noise and make PIXIE the number one choice for mid-market smart home systems in Victoria.
Ideally the candidate will love both working with a team and an independently motivated high achiever with electrical, engineering or smart home / automation industry experience, knowledge of the home builder and residential apartments markets.
Make no mistake, this is a BDM sales role with broad adjacent responsibilities to build brand and loyalty. Licensed electricians with suitable skills looking for a career change and their next challenge are also prime candidates for consideration. Travel throughout Victoria is required in this role. The Role Executing the PIXIE Sales and marketing plan in Victoria to achieve sales targets Responsibility for 1) meeting sales targets, and 2) managing marketing budgets in Victoria for PIXIE. Identifying and working with large home builders, multi residential apartment developers and hoteliers to specify PIXIE as the smart home system of choice. Working with and supporting all Victorian SAL Sales Representatives with PIXIE training, support calls, site visits, smart home designs and tradeshows throughout the electrical wholesale, contractor and home owner customer base For the right candidate this is an immediate start.
