As part of their exciting growth strategy, we are seeking a Business Development Manager with a passion for the education sector. This newly created role will see you spearheading new business initiatives, identifying and securing opportunities for modular construction projects, and helping shape the future of education infrastructure.More About the Role:Identifying and developing new business opportunities in the education sector, focusing on schools, universities, and other learning institutions.Identify key stakeholders involved in decision-making, including gathering names and roles of each member to build and nurture strong relationships.Prioritizing listening to educators and administrators, tailoring solutions to meet their specific needs and challenges.Gather insights on student enrolment numbers to understand potential project scope.Assess whether schools have an existing master plan and if they're willing to share it for alignment with our solutions.Determine the availability of funding for new projects and understand timelines for when new facilities are required.Promoting the benefits of modular construction to decision-makers within the education sector, showcasing the company's innovative and sustainable approach to building.Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, education infrastructure needs, and government funding programs related to education projects.More About You:Experience in business development or sales within the education sector and construction industry would be ideal.A passion for modular construction and its ability to transform the way educational buildings are designed and delivered.Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage with senior stakeholders and secure large-scale projects.A strategic mindset with the ability to drive growth, while maintaining a customer-focused approach.Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.Attitude is everything! if you're eager to learn, they'll teach you.If you think this role is suited to your skillset and qualifications, please apply below or reach out to Simone Adamski for more details.
