You will work with key internal stakeholders and groups - including sales & product managers, industry sales directors, and marketing. You will be responsible for identifying, uncovering and qualifying opportunities that contribute to a significant proportion of the pipeline development for sales in Australia.Key ResponsibilitiesEngage with prospects and clients to understand business and organisation challenges and pain points.Collaborate with the Sales team to develop a list of target prospects.Generate high-value sales pipeline through both strategic and targeted prospecting into Commercial or Enterprise accounts that lead to bookings revenue for Zendesk.Leverage tools such as Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Salesforce, 6sense and Lusha to build your prospecting pipeline.Your ExperienceBusiness Development experience within the Enterprise and Commercial segment, particularly managing prospects from Australia.A minimum of 2 years of experience in a Sales related environment.A competitive mindset, with a hunger and 'self-starter' commitment to overachieve and succeed.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills; you should be a great writer, speaker, and most of all, listener.Bachelor's degree is preferable.CultureWe are building a high-performance culture and want teammates who can join our organisation and not just fit in but add to us.
