The Role The Missing Link is looking for an experienced and talented Business Development Representative to join our team.
As Business Development Representative, you will be a passionate and driven sales professional who enjoys and thrives on generating new business opportunities by identifying, contacting and qualifying new clients to add to our client base.
You will be responsible for creating and managing leads through the sales pipeline whilst regularly tracking progress towards meeting activity metrics and sales goals.
You will be responsible for scheduling highly qualified meetings from inbound and outbound campaigns within target accounts.
In order to do so, you will leverage a variety of prospecting tools and outreach techniques.
You will also be required to collaborate with the Sales and Marketing teams to facilitate outreach for new programs, messaging, campaigns, and offerings.
Whilst you will enjoy the teamwork environment, you will also relish the opportunity to work autonomously to achieve results.
Whilst you will not be required to have extensive knowledge and experience within the IT sector, prior sales experience with an IT Systems Integrator, MSP or vendor will be a big plus.

Requirements Minimum 2 years of sales prospecting experience through social media, cold callings, and emails Core sales skills related to initiating conversations, uncovering basic needs, connecting needs to high level IT services and solutions, and driving interest in continued discussion with sales team members.
Previous experience with an IT Systems Integrator, MSP or vendor is highly desirable Experience in using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Time management and organisational skills A desire to learn and grow in IT sales Bachelor's degree in business or related field Benefits A great company culture is very important to The Missing Link.
